CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FISHING ONLY PACKAGES:   If cancelled 90 days or more:  $250.00 per person cancellation fee.   0 -90 days prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable unless we can rebook the space.  PLEASE, protect your investment and purchase travel insurance.  

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CAST AND BLAST AND HUNTING PACKAGES: If cancelled 90 or more days prior to arrival:  $400.00 per person.  If cancelled 89-0 days prior to arrival the deposit is nonrefundable unless we can rebook the space.  

PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF BY PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE. 

*We will not refund deposits due to canceled flights, changes in personal schedules, family emergencies, or for any reason other than Eagle Nest Lodge is unable to open for business. We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance.

*Note from the Managers. Our policies are quite lenient compared with other resorts where many places force you to pay for your entire stay 30 days prior to arrivals. We depend on advance reservations. When you cancel your reservation with us, chances are we’ve already turned away others.  The unexpected can happen, please purchase travel insurance.
